He was born in Gratis, Ohio to Jack and Eva Phillips. He married Paulette Phillips on November 19, 1961 in Hamilton, Ohio. He owned Phillips Carry Out for over 50 years.
Dan is survived by his three children, Jeff (Susan) Phillips, Jenny Phillips, and John Phillips; three grandchildren, Stefanie (Matt) Theiss, Josh Phillips, and Ashley Phillips; four great-grandchildren, Morgan and Shelby Theiss, Lilly Phillips, and Bentley Boyd; sister, Shirley Isaacs; and many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife; and parents.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the nurses and physicians at Jewish Hospital for the compassion shown to both Danny and his family.
Funeral Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
