HAZELWOOD, Dale Edward, age 63, of Hamilton, Ohio passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on January 1, 1961 to Alice and Ferndale Hazelwood. Dale loved his family, was a car and motorcycle enthusiast, was a jokester and played jokes on those close to him, would help anyone at anytime.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Alice Nina Hazelwood; brother, Roger Hazelwood; nephew, William Jesse Fugate and Vincent Fugate.
Dale is survived by his father, Ferndale Hazelwood; sister, Trina Lynn Bowen (Mark); brother, William Shawn Hazelwood (Tracy); niece, Sarah Hazelwood; nephews, Dylan and Tyler Hazelwood; fiancée, Lynda Roberts. He will be loved and cherished by a host of family and friends.
