Connie Rose Cummins Ratliff

Connie Rose Ratliff, age 70 of Somerville, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at her residence. She was born on May 31, 1943 in Livingston, KY, the daughter of the late Chester L. and Pearl (Cole) Cummins. On June 17, 1977 in Jellico, TN, Connie married her husband of over 36 years, Herbert L. Ratliff. She was raised Protestant and loved playing music, quilting and playing cards. Connie is survived by her husband, Herbert; children, Helena (Ronald) Ball and Lee (Lisa) Browning; step-children, Linda (Steve) Caudill, Carolyn Durham and Leslie Adams; eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Christopher Muncie. The family would like to send a special thanks to Vitas Hospice of Cincinnati for all of their care. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at 2:30pm at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, Ross Avenue at South “D” Street, Hamilton with Pastor Todd Dixon officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday prior to the service from 1:00pm till 2:30pm at the funeral home.
