Caroline L. Wendelken, 94, of Hamilton/Fairfield, passed away Wednesday, February 10 at Twin Towers Senior Living Community in Cincinnati. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph J. Wendelken in 1992; parents, Rudolph and Delila Lindner; brothers, Malcolm Lindner and Clifford Lindner as well as sisters, Adelaide Schwing, Geraldine Winkler and Phyllis Zinsmeister. Caroline is survived by her daughters, Cynthia (John) Yarsawich of Harwinton, CT and Cheryl Ernst of Cincinnati; grandchildren, Jenifer (Adam) Rembisz, Christopher Yarsawich, G. Tyler Ernst, Ethan Ernst and Aaron Ernst; great-grandson, Grady Ernst; sister, Marjorie Young and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends at the Ivey Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Rd, Hamilton, on Wednesday, February 17 from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, February 18 at 11am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park, Hamilton. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions in Caroline's memory be made to the Zion Lutheran Church Radio Fund, 212 S Front St, Hamilton, OH 45011.
