Betty J. Knapp-Dillon, age 83, of Leavenworth, Kansas, formerly of Bellevue, Nebraska, Springfield, Ohio, passed away at home on November 7 surrounded by family and friends. She was born in Grove City, Ohio on December 8, 1933, the daughter of the late Ross Knapp and Ethel Caudy. Betty married Priestly "Jim" Dillon on June 19, 1999 in Fairfield, Ohio. He passed away on February 3, 2008. Betty worked as a bakery craft specialist for many years before retiring. She is survived by her sons Dale (Jean) Yorgovan of Nebraska, Gordon (Susana) Yorgovan of Texas, Ron (Janet) Yorgovan of Kansas; nine grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; one step daughter Sandy Shaw; and two step grandchildren. Betty was preceded in death by her husband and her daughter Barbara Osborn. Visitation will be held from 10am til 11am on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, Ross Avenue at South “D” Street, Hamilton. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 11am at the funeral home, with Pastor Randy Stearns officiating. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
