To Evelyn, Wendy, Andrew and families. We are sorry to hear the loss of your brother and father, Winston. We hope that you can find strength and comfort in the love of your family. Winston was a very kind and caring person always willing to lend an ear if you had a problem, whether personal or professional. He was a good friend, co-worker and supervisor. Mary and family, Winston made a spot in everyone hearts that he met. Kind,caring and very thoughtful of other's. We had plenty of laughs on the Island with Winston, Mary, David and Colleen. None of us made it to the finals, as we all sat and sang Kerokee, while Winston laughed to himself. I remember him allways doing something to the trailor or in the shed. He sure lived life to the fullest, he will be missed.

He was the best. He loved golf, in the seniors complex the channel would always be on golf when he was watching it. Either that or a Toronto Maple Leafs.

Wendy, Andy, Willis, Evelyn & your families:   so very sorry to hear, you are in my thoughts.  My first thought when I heard was well now he will be with dad, Lois and nan and grandpa.  Would like to make it to the funeral but the storm weather for Wed sounds quite nasty,  Dad being the avid weather follower that he was I am sure would not be too happy for us to hit the road for Halifax Wed am. We are very sorry to receive word of the death of my cousin Winston (Winnie). We grew up together in the Magdalen Islands and shared many experiences.  I remember him in his younger life as a good wrestler, an excellent skater and hockey player, a very good baseball catcher, and an outstanding duck hunter with his single barrell twelve gauge Stevens shotgun along with his unbelievable retriever dog Bingo.  So sad to lose such an outstanding citizen!  Our sincere sympathy to all members of his extended family on your loss.
