Terry Heather Eaton

Eaton, Terry H., of Halifax, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2010, at home surrounded by her family. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of Gloria (Sweet) and Robert Eaton. She received her Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Mary’s University and was employed for a number of years at McKenzie’s Food Service. She was an accomplished swimmer with the Halifax Trojan swim club and competed in the Canada Games. She is survived by her daughters, Brooke Francis and Stephanie – with soon-to-be-born first granddaughter Destiny (Ryan Thornhill); parents; sister, Deborah Eaton together with a number of extended family. Visitation will be held at 1 pm on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 in City Church, 276 Herring Cove Road, Halifax, funeral service to follow at 2 pm with Pastor Jerry Kendrick officiating.
