Sharon Lee Landriault (nee Simmons), 73, passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 14th at Camp Hill, Halifax. She was born in Halifax to Frederick and Roselea Simmons on 26th January 1950. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Marc, her sons Marc (Shirley) and Richard (Melissa), her granddaughters Alicia, Deanna, Erica and Shayla, and her brothers Dan (Christine), Rick (Florence) and Ken (Laura).
Sharon was compassionate and giving, and always put family first. Her career in the family medicine environment allowed her to extend her caring disposition to others. As willing as she was to fight to defend others, she was quick with a smile and a word of encouragement, and a boisterous laugh in a circle of family and friends.
Sharon’s memory will be etched in our minds as a vibrant, energetic and caring mother, grandmother and friend to all.
