Marjorie was an amazing daughter, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great great-grandmother, and friend. She worked as a school principal secretary, as well as a secretary at CN Rail, and sales associate for Woolworths and Woolco. She enjoyed knitting, sewing, cross stitch, puzzles, word searches, reading and was an avid teddy bear collection. She enjoyed picnics at Dingle Park, Sunday drives, and yard sales, but most of all, family gatherings.
Marjorie is survived by daughters Terry (Holger), Karen, and Lori (Breena); grandchildren Angela, Craig (Karen), Kerry (Chris), Nathan, Ryan, Chris (Mel), Justin (Amanda), Jessica, Taylor (Rohan), and Soloman (Julia); great-grandchildren Nicholas (Sabrina), Ronin, Remie, Nola, Silas, Kendall, Phoebe, Remi, Brody, Rylan, William, Lily and Scarlett and great great-grandchildren Noah and Lucas.
She was predeceased by her daughter Lynn and husband Richard.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Diabetes Association.
The family would like to thank the doctors and staff on 8.4 of the Halifax Infirmary for their care and compassion for mom’s brief stay.
