Born in Halifax, November 12, 1913, daughter of the late William J. Montague and Ethel Blanche Bartlow. She is survived by her sister, Sister Mary Doris S.C., Halifax. Stepson Robert and Renie Isnor, and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband W. Roy Isnor, sister; Muriel Parker Garagan, brother; Howard Roy Montague, one niece and one nephew.
For many years Beryl was employed with the Federal Department of Transportation and later the Department of Fisheries.
After retiring, Beryl volunteered for 15 years at the Halifax Infirmary, Queen Street and Hope Cottage. During these years she assisted in the Chaplain’s office and also in the gift shop afternoons and evening.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Snow’s Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 20th at 9:30am in Immaculate Conception Chapel of Caritas Residence. Cremation to follow, with interment in Camp Hill Cemetery, at a later date, beside her Husband W. Roy Isnor.
