Helen A. Fraser

Fraser, Helen Alberta, 98, Timberlea, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2013, in Melville Lodge, Halifax. Born in Sackville, she was the daughter of the late Myers and Jessie Barrett. Following her teaching career of over 20 years in Timberlea, she was a volunteer with the VG Auxillary for 20 years. She was an active member of the Saint Andrew's Anglican Church in Timberlea for over 70 years. She is survived by daughters Beth Foote and Beverley Dellapinna (David); sons Barry (Renee), Brian (Marie), Keith (Anne); 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Aubrey; daughter, Judy; daughter-in-law, Bev; son-in-law, Bob; grandson, Barry. visitation will be held Wednesday, June 19, 2-4 and 6-8 pm in J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax, (455-0531). Funeral service will be held Thursday, June 20 at 10 am in St Andrew's Anglican Church, Timberlea, Rev Michael Conrad officiating.
