Florence May Paul (Goldsmith) of Halifax passed away on March 26, 2020. Born in Halifax in 1927, she was the daughter of Charles and Ethel Goldsmith. She is survived by her sons, Gary (Judy) and Bruce (Sandra) and grandchildren, Kaitlyn (Chad), Matthew (Mayya), Nicholas, Sarah, and William. Also her brother, Frank Goldsmith. She was predeceased by her husband John Paul, sister Olive Campbell and brother John Goldsmith.
Mom was a great cook and loved to entertain. She never missed a chance to play bridge and enjoyed water exercises “with the girls”. She and Dad travelled many times to Europe, Florida, and Bermuda. She was Grandmother to all of the kids in the neighbourhood and never missed a soccer or hockey game with her own grandkids.
