When I heard of your passing, I was in shock and in denial, I didn't want to believe it.  God took you too fast.  The last time we talked about your health, I told you that you were strong. Stay positive, it takes us old gals longer to heal and you laugh and said I will. I told you that we got through some tough times with our kids and we won.  At times they gave us a run for our money, eh. We have now beautiful adult ones with big hearts and lots of love. I believe we are fantastic moms and I know that you will agree with me. Now that they have little ones. Our kids will finally realize being a mom isn't an easy job but boy it's very rewarding. We got through it and so will they, that I'm sure of. I will miss meeting each other in the stores when looking for a bargain.  Our talks and the pride we have in our children. They are our legacy. You will be in our hearts and missed forever. I know that you will watch over our families keep them safe.  Rest in peace Betty.

My heart is shocked and saddened on hearing  about your great loss. I just found out that your “darling” Darline (who always took the time to say hello and ask how I was doing) whenever I shopped at Superstore. Passed away this month.  I would say to her “I think that  price checker is permanently attached to your hand”LOL. Darline said” yeah I shower with it” LOL. Always pleasant and smiling.  But then to hear everyone’s Sweet Sweet Betty who I’ve known for years and always enjoyed our unexpected chats and visits; has also left us, is very hard to imagine. I will always remember her smile, and soft spoken gentle nature. Great cook and a constant friend. My Deep condolences to Betty’s children and ALL family members impacted by their Loss. May you find peace in the chaos of grief. Beautiful Ladies gone from us way too Soon!! I would be present if I could but we also are saying goodbye on Sat. To a family member!!

I met Betty in 1999 when I first started at Wendy’s. My first job, Betty and and I became instant friends… when we developed the dream team On the morning crew at Wendys Kempt Judy Betty Marita and myself it was a blast and I wil always hold those memories close. To her family I’m deeply sorry for your loss she was definitely an angel on earth 

I'm still in shock that my beautiful sister Betty is gone. It always meant so much to me to know she was thinking of me and kept in contact and let me know how everyone else was doing. But I am consoled to know that she is in a better place and no longer in pain. Our heartfelt condolences to all.

I am very saddened to read of Betty's passing.   She was a kind, hardworking lady whose family meant everything to her. I worked with her in the 90s at Wendy's and I remember how happy and excited she was when she was pregnant with her youngest daughter.  Rest easy sweet lady. ♥️

 It's not going to be the same at work not seeing you first thing in the morning anymore. It was pretty much guaranteed that we were going to share a laugh and have my day end on a good note. You'll be missed.

Just as Demond’s mum. 
She was such a kind soul. Any time I visited “D” she would ALWAYS take a moment to pause and say hello. It didn’t matter if it was 2 pm or 1 am. 
I am grateful for having met Demond. I am Grateful for having met Demond’s mum. 
My heart is with her family, friends and anyone who will surely be effected by her passing.  It is not going to feel the same walking through that front door, looking to my left, and seeing you there. EVERY single time.

Betty was our neighbour but really she was sooo much more! She was one of the "one-way mamas!!" We loved her so much!! She was soft spoken, caring, kind and so sweet. She wore a smile that was so contagious!!  She would always stop and check in with ya.. making sure everyone was good. She walked everywhere.. her motivation to go was amazing.. she never stopped!! I'd offer to pick her up everytime I'd see her but she's only take the ride if the weather was bad, otherwise she'd want to " work out her hip" . I know I speak for my entire family, we send our deepest heart felt condolences to her children,grandchildren and the entire family for their loss. With  so much Love, the Macdonald Family ❤️ 

God mother betty. My heart hurts, but I do feel comfier for having you in my life.  Your kind , sweet, genuine, and compassionate smile will be forever missed.  You are an incredible human.
