Campbell Morris, Elizabeth, 86, of Halifax, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2017. Elizabeth was predeceased by her loving husband, William Crowell; parents, Florence Campbell, Halifax and Lloyd Campbell, Boston, MA; grandparents, Mary and David McLellan, Halifax and Flora Campbell, Boston MA and Harry Campbell, Cleveland, Ohio.
Elizabeth was the last surviving member of her immediate family having already said goodbye to brothers, Lloyd Campbell, Jr and Neil Campbell.
Elizabeth is survived by her beloved children, Carol Morris and Lloyd Morris; daughter-in-law, Wendy; grandsons, Mitchell Morris (Jessica and Hayden) and Patrick Morris (Erica and pet, Oliver); great-grandson, Mason Tilley and nephew, Paul Campbell. A special mention to Heather and Ronnie Peters.
Elizabeth’s greatest joy in life was spending time with family and socializing with good friends. Elizabeth had a passion for movies, theatre, travel and music, especially the blues.
Many thanks to the nurses and staff at the QEII Dialysis Centre, also a special thank you to the Access-A-Bus drivers.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
Memorial service will be held Tuesday, October 24, at 11 am in Cruikshanks Funeral Home, 2666 Windsor Street, Halifax.
