Eileen Agnes Mountain

Eileen Agnes Mountain (nee Blank) 92, died peacefully on March 14, 2013. Born in Dartmouth, she was the daughter of the late John R. and Caroline (Sampson) Blank. Eileen was the embodiment of selflessness and will be remembered and cherished by all who knew her as a truly beautiful individual with boundless generosity and thoughtfulness, who constantly cared for and helped everyone whose path she crossed. Most of all she was extremely devoted to her family. Her motto was to be kind to others, be yourself and love life to the fullest. She has touched the lives and hearts of many and even a brief encounter left a huge impression. Eileen was always active, enthusiastic and upbeat. She always had a smile on her face and loved to laugh no matter what obstacles in life were thrown at her.

She was predeceased by her son Wayne, daughter Gladys Fraser, daughter-in-law Pauline Mountain, grand-daughter Cathy and husband Gordon Hurshman. She is survived by her grandchildren Kenny Mountain (Anita) Hammonds Plains, Darlene Taylor (nee Mountain) Hatchet Lake, Terry Fraser (Andrea) St. Joseph Du Moine, Stephen Fraser (Raylene) Belle Cote and great grand children Cassandra Taylor, Robert Taylor, Brandon Mountain, Jillian Fraser, Kelly Fraser, Marcus Fraser, Brandon Fraser and Candace Fraser and 2 great-great grandchildren; daughter-in-law Audrey and son-in-law David Fraser.
