My beloved Ula Teresa Ambroziak-Holm, age 68, of Lindenhurst, Illinois passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 after suffering many medical issues. Ula had a true passion for antiquing, gardening and mushroom picking in Wisconsin.
She will be dearly missed by her loving husband Brian D. Holm; brother, Victor Jack (Lisa) Ambroziak; nephews, Nick and Noah Ambroziak; niece, Natalie (Robert) MacKnight; stepdaughter, Jessica (Jean) Cadet; step grandchildren, Jasmina and Jameson Cadet.
