Patrick S. Esposito, 79 of Gurnee passed away on May 26, 2014. Patrick was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. He served as a navy veteran. Patrick is survived by his wife, Carol Esposito; three sisters, Frances Esposito, June (Jack) Trager, and Joanne DiCristafano; and many wonderful nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his two children, Eva Marie and Patrick Joseph. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 from 9-10am with a memorial service following at 10am at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 6400 Gages Lake Rd. Gurnee, Illinois.
