Eric J. Frystak, age 57, of Gurnee. Husband of Lara Lea Frystak. Father of Cadet Nicholas Frystak. Brother of Kathy (John) Crouch. Preceded in death by his parents the late Edward and Virginia Frystak. Uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Cousin of many.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 9:30 to 11am followed by a memorial mass at 11am at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 6401 Gages Lake Rd. Gurnee, IL
