Liz welcomed me, protected me, taught me while putting me under her wing when we met in Zacharias. She introduced me to people, and invited me to go to the bar with the other members! She took me for launch, she heard, she talked, she asked, and she was always there. Liz mentored me and picked me up to go together to late night calls to the ER to support survivors of sexual assault. Eventually I couldn’t keep volunteering but she did. Always. Like a reliable kind strong soldier. Like her son, who she always talked so proudly about.
Liz was my first friendly face when I arrived to this country, from Argentina, 15 years ago. Everything she did meant a lot to me and still does. We kept in touch over the years and I know how happy she was every time she spent time with her very loving family and grandkid. She was very happy and I’m glad she parted with those great moments. 
Just like she did with me, Im here for her family.

Rest in peace, Liz. You were a wonderful manager and mentor. You always put our team first and cared so much about everyone's work / life balance, and I learned a lot about myself with your leadership. 

I think I speak for the whole team when I say that we appreciate everything that you did for us, and we will miss you very much.

Liz was the glue that held the family together, staying in touch and keeping us informed in good times and those not so good. She cared so much about her entire family and was especially thrilled to be a grandma!  She will be fondly remembered and missed by all whose lives she touched

One of my favorite memories….Liz and I traveled to England and France together many years ago. I was originally going alone but she offered to come with me and we had several adventures along the way. I’ll never forget her friendship, support, generosity and kindness. I’m going to miss the talks and laughter. What an amazing human being who made such a wonderful impact to those around her. 

Aunt Liz was so proud that I bought a house, she was the first one to reach out and buy me party hosting supplies, just because. She did it without even talking to me. She constantly went out of her way to support me and do all the little things to show she cared. I will miss and love her forever. 

I'm so glad Liz had this celebration of her life!

So sorry to all the friends and family.  Liz was such an awesome lady.  So kind hearted and fun to be around.  Liz and I have a mutual cousin in Mary, often we'd take a picture together.  What wonderful memories.  Liz will be greatly missed.

So sorry for your loss. Liz was a wonderful person and I’ll truly miss my air bnb buddy . She loved her family so much and I enjoyed her stories.
