Carlos Joseph Maldonado, 44 of Waukegan, passed away on March 19, 2016 in Beach Park, IL . Carlos was born April 21, 1971 in Waukegan, IL. Loving brother of Elizabeth Maldonado, Veronica (Tom) McDowell and Christopher Maldonado. Loving uncle of Kimberly McDowell and a host of uncles, aunts, and cousins. Preceded in death by his parents Carlos and Ophelia Maldonado.
Visitation will be at on Saturday April 2, 2016 at 10:00am at Marsh Funeral Home followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00am.
