McFarlane Genevieve (Jenny)--Passed peacefully in her 97th year at the Guelph General Hospital on Sunday, December 4, 2011. Jenny, beloved wife of the late Herbert George McFarlane (1979). Loving mother of Connie McFarlane of Wiarton, Neil McFarlane (Ann) of Allanford, Ruth McFarlane (Grant) of Fort McMurray, Rita Hill (Douglas) of Calgary, Don McFarlane (Starlette) of Cambridge, Dianne McFarlane of Calgary and Lori Bleach (Don) of Guelph. Cherished grandmother of 20 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. She is survived by her brother Joe, and predeceased by brothers and sisters Rose, Bernard, Jim, Dan, Mary, Margaret, Rita, Theodore and Barb. Her family will receive friends at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St., Guelph, from 2-4p.m. & 7-9 p.m. Thursday, December 8, 2011. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel on Friday, December 9, 2011 at 11a.m. with interment at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
