Higgin, Richard John-- Peacefully, at Hospice Wellington in Guelph on Saturday, June 23, 2012. Richard Higgin age 65 years, was the passionately loved husband of Victoria Campbell of Guelph. He was the loving son of Edna and the late Jack Higgin. Richard was the dear brother of Joyce Selke. Survived by nieces, nephews, and grand-nephews. Richard will be fiercely remembered by his loving friends. Private cremation and service has taken place.
