Phung, Que Thuan (nee Lam)-

Passed away at Guelph General Hospital on August 20, 2018. Beloved wife of Quan Ky Phung. Loving mother of Linda (Rhondell) Hinds, Rowena (Say Lam) Dip, Amy (Say Nam) Diep, and Jeffrey (Pauline) Phung. Cherished grandmother of Eric Chan, Nicholas Chan, Aidan Dip, Joshua Phung, Tianna Dip, Samantha Diep, and Allison Diep.

Friends and family will be received at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St, Guelph, on Thursday, August 23 from 2-8pm, and Friday August 24 from 10am-2pm, and 4-8pm. A service will take place in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, August 25, 2018 from 8-10 a.m. Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery.
