Kim was the beloved wife of John for just shy of 50 years. Dear daughter of Ruby and late Ray Woodworth (2014). Sister of Karen & Stan Jones, Kevin Woodworth and Verna Dobson, Karmelle and Jim Taylor, late Kyle Woodworth (2024) and Montrose Graham, Kathryn Woodworth and Peter Jones, Kristy and Dan Clarke. She will be missed by a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Kim was a teacher for 38 years. She loved teaching and made many friends. Kim loved playing sports including pickle ball, golf, scuba diving, slow pitch, badminton, and walking the countless trails in Guelph. She also enjoyed reading and doing jigsaw puzzles. Once Kim retired, she joined many groups for socialization and recreation activities.
Together Kim and John enjoyed their cottage life until the past few years when they sold it. They enjoyed travelling to England, Italy, Netherlands, Dominican Republic, Las Vegas, with Mexico being their favourite for scuba diving.
Cremation has taken place. A private family service was held at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer.
A Celebration of Life at Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Guelph, will be held at a later date.
