Bray, Joseph Paul (November 22, 1963-March 21, 2014) Peacefully but unexpectedly in his own home following a period of undiagnosed illness. Paul’s passion for music was expressed through early participation in the Acton Citizen’s Band. As an adult, he belonged to several bands and orchestras and shared his skills through teaching. Paul was also involved in choirs in the Guelph area both as participant and conductor. Additional interests included cooking, fishing and a fascination with Canadian history. Paul will be sadly missed by his parents Melanija and Joseph Bray of Acton; sister Melanie of Acton; brothers Mark (Sarah) of Oakville and Peter (Riina) of King City; nieces Tessa and Sophie and nephews Liam and Ronin. A celebration of Paul’s life will be held at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin Street N., Guelph, on Saturday, May 17, 2014, at 2 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
