John Kitching

KITCHING, John Franklin— Passed away at home, on Tuesday, December 3, 2013. John Kitching, in his 78th year, was the beloved husband of Audrey (nee Hurren) Kitching for over 55 years. He was the dear father of Paula Wynne (Don Coats), Gregory James (Heather Roseveare) and Jay Robert (Karen Coats). John was the loving grandfather of Taryn, Rachael, Christine (Glen Clarke), John, Anne, William, Nicola, Alanna and Pamela. John was a life-time member of Ebenezer United Church and was the choir leader for over 35 years. John was a well-respected dairy farmer in Nassagaweya Township. The farm, Kitcholm Farms, has been a leader in agriculture since 1832.
