Joanne Cleta Harrison

Harrison, Joanne (nee Poechman) Passed away peacefully on Friday, January 7, 2011 at Hospice Wellington, Guelph in her 57th year. Joanne was the beloved wife of James Harrison, dear sister of Bob (Patricia), Bill (Maxine), Bernard (Rosie), Clare (Jackie), Laurie O'Toole (the late Pat), Phyllis Poechman, Rosemary Gardner (Robert), Audrey Moroso (Ron), the late Ron (Ute) and the late Paula Shock, and sister-in-law of Stella Mansfield (Charles) and Michael Harrison. Joanne was the loving daughter of the late Marie and Clarence Poechman, remembered by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Joanne will be remembered by her many music and day-care students. Friends will be received at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph, on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 from 12 p.m. - 3 p.m., followed by a memorial service in the funeral home chapel at 3 p.m. As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Wellington would be appreciated by the family (cards are available at the funeral home 519-821-5077 or send condolences at www.gilbertmacintyreandson.com).
