Barbara Ann Wilson, cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones Saturday October 12th, 2024. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Tom, who left this world in 2009 after 40 wonderful years together.
Barbara is lovingly remembered by her sons, James (Chris) Wilson of Mississauga and Michael (Lisa) in Thunder Bay. She was a devoted grandmother to Brandy, Aidan, and Emma, who brought immense joy to her life.
The family expresses their heartfelt gratitude to Billie and Paul Teeter for their unwavering love, friendship, care, and support throughout the years. Barbara will also be fondly remembered by her dear friend Marlene Blackburn, cousins Bob (Doblin) Amos and John Blackburn, her niece Kelly (Dave) Thompson, and family friends Jeni, Jeff, and Marissa Teeter.
Barbara will be warmly missed by Jen (Shawn) Jacobson and Denise Lacroix. She leaves behind her siblings, Ken (Pat) Brown from Goderich and Jennifer (Frank) Miolla from Kitchener.
Barbara's spirit and kindness will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
