Arthur Briggs

Passed away peacefully, at The Village of Riverside Glen, on Friday, December 16, 2016. Predeceased by his beloved wife Jean Briggs (2008). Loving father of Paul Briggs, Sharon Bolender (David) and Leslie Briggs. Proud grandfather of Heather Braiden (Jason Crosgrey), Michael Braiden, Hannah Briggs McNeill (Janusz McNeill) and Sam Briggs, and great-grandfather of Finlay Crosgrey. Predeceased by parents Frank and Persida Briggs. Sadly missed by brothers Robert Briggs (Pat) and David Briggs (Irene). Art will be lovingly remembered by the family and friends that he leaves behind.

Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, where the family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 from 2 – 5 p.m. Private family burial will take place at a later date.
