LouElla was a member of the Red Hats Society and St. Charles Women’s Guild and was a resident of the area for over eighty-six years.
Survivors include her daughters, Maureen LeBlanc and her husband, Ray, of Beaumont and Lana Patteson and her husband, C.L., of Seguin; sons, Walter Moss, Jr. and his wife, Kim, of Oro Valley, Arizona and Kent Moss and his wife, Nancy, of Groves; eleven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Walter Joseph Moss, Sr.; and siblings.
A gathering of Mrs. Moss’ family and friends will begin at 5:00 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m., Saturday, April 18, 2015, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 19, 2015, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 4100 Lincoln, Groves. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Groves.
