

Thomas G. Abram, age 83 of Grove City passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2024. Tom was born in Columbus to the late John and Florence (née Hollenbach) Abram. Tom graduated West High School January 1958. After graduation at 17 years of age went to work as a plumbers helper. Later became a Master Plumber and eventually owned Abram & Tracy Plumbing & Heating. Later worked for Abram Contractors as an estimator. His love of contracting kept him in the plumbing business his entire career. His work was truly his life. He enjoyed lunches at Tommy’s Diner almost daily with his work family, and business associates. Tom was devoted to his children and family, and was the best “Grandpa” ever. In addition to his parents, Tom is preceded in death by his step-son Matthew Angles. Tom is survived by his wife of 36 years, Alta; children Tom Jr. (Karen) Abram, Margie Price, Amy (Bryon) Coleman, Julie Webb, Janise Kowalski, Kris Barrett, Larry (Donja) Angles, and Angie (Jason) Lim; grandchildren Tom III, Alex, Tyler, Austin, Courtney, Kristen, Shelby, Sydnee, Sheila, Britny, Rami, Jordan, David, Jaikob, Stone, Matthew, Cyrus, Victoria, Natalya, and Teslyn; great-grandchildren Riley, Avery, Harmony, Boone, Georgia, Zion, Tatum, Luke and Wyatt. Tom’s family will receive friends 2-5 PM Sunday, March 17 at Schoedinger Grove City 4242 Hoover Rd (Hoover RD at Kingston Ave) where his funeral service will be held 10 AM Monday, March 18.
