Roland Cole, age 67, passed away on Tuesday, May 16, 2023. He is preceded in death by his father, Roger Cole. Roland is survived by his wife of 24 years, Angeline Guerrier-Cole and children, Jeffrey Marius Cole and his wife, Abigail Sarah Cole (Kyle Harris), and Andrew Oliver Cole and his Mother Genevieve Genise Louis-Juene. His siblings are Frantz Cole, Rebeca Cole, Jislaine Coles, Rodrigue Cole, Chantal Cole, Yvette Cole, Frintz Cole, Gislaine Cole, Anderson Patrick Cole, Marie Nicole Lamour-Brizard and Gerald Coles. Along with a host of nieces/nephews and aunts/uncles with some honorably mentioned as followed; Phillipe Cole, Nat King Cole, Lucas Louis-Gene, Pierre André Cole, Stevenson Cole, Richard Cole, Nathalie Cole, Vladimir Cole, Nirlanlande Gednard Milfort, Gwadimi Cole, Betina Cole, Johanna Coles, Lucie Louis-Jeune.
Roland was a member of the Philadelphia Seventh Day Adventist Church, CEO of Take One Video Productions and Caribbean African Network, and attended the New York Medical College. Roland's love for music was unmatched. His multitude of skills ranged from navigating sound board systems and taking high-quality videos/photographs of special occasions or candid shots. As many of his friends and family could attest to, he was very generous with what he had. He helped those who were less fortunate as often as he could. Being laid to rest, we can only pray that he knows how impactful his presence was on this earth and to his family/friends.
A visitation time will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2023 from 4-8 pm at SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY at 4242 Hoover Rd (Hoover Rd. at Kingston Ave.) There will be refreshments and light appetizers served during this time of fellowship. At the same location, his funeral service will be held on Friday, June 2, 2023 at 10 am. Interment (burial) will be at Grove City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the paypal of the family.
