Born to the parents of Franklin Ovie Dulgar and Dolores Workman Dulgar in Decatur, Illinois.

Graduate of Decatur high school.
Class of 1957.
He met his wife Sharon Hantle on a blind date and were married September 4, 1963.
He was drafted into the army and was in the Army for two years in the Signal Corp.
He worked at the DCSC in Columbus, Ohio until he retired
In 1998.
Member of the Groveport United Methodist Church. Enjoyed his Sunday morning Sunday school.
Avid football fan of the Browns, Packers and OSU. Loved being with his family. Loved fishing and country music. Singing when he could.
He got to go to Disney for the 1st time in 2021.
Lonnie is in preceded in death by both his parents Dolores and Ovie Dulgar, his brother Bruce Dulgar, Corky Dulgar. Very special niece Donna Pinkerton.
His wives Sharon Dulgar 2004 & Joan Dulgar 2019.
He is survived by daughter, Kelly Tabor (Andy)

Two very special granddaughters, Brooklynn Ann Dulgar & Chloe Alexandra Tabor.
He is survived by sister, Sandra Dulgar in Decatur, Illinois.
Many wonderful nieces and nephews.

National Church Hospice for their care. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2025 from 5-7 pm at Schoedinger Grove City 4242 Hoover Rd. with a funeral service beginning at 7 pm with Pastor Richard Birk, officiating.
We asked that donations be made to Groveport United Methodist Church 512 Main Street or giving back to our community and the Hospice.
