Victor "Buck Yick" Lim

Victor "Buck Yick" Lim, age 93, passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 in St. Clair Shores. Victor was born in Canton, China on Wednesday, October 9, 1926 to Victor and May Jean. Victor enjoyed gardening and, most importantly, spending time with family. He took particular pleasure in exercising his culinary skills to prepare meals for them. Victor owned and operated his family restaurant "Victor Lim's" which his father opened in the early 1950's. Victor was his father's successor. The restaurant was located at 48 West Adams in Detroit across from Grand Circus Park.

Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Avenue at Vernier Road, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI.

Private interment will take place at Mt. Hope Memorial Garden Cemetery in Livonia, MI.
