Pauline Marilyn Romanelli, age 93, passed away peacefully on October 10, 2023. Cherished wife to the late Ernest for 65 years. Adored mother to Gary (Helene) Romanelli and David Romanelli. Loving grandmother to Michael (Catherine), Matthew (Larry), and Peter.
Pauline was born on April 18, 1930 to Walter and Elizabeth Kutney in Detroit, MI. After graduating St. David high school, Pauline met her dear husband, Ernie, when he returned from serving his country in the United States Army. They married in 1956 and through their 65 years of marriage, Pauline and Ernie raised two loving sons in a household filled with love, laughter, and faith.
Pauline was a devoted mother, dedicated wife and homemaker and avid gardener who took the utmost pride in cultivating and nurturing her garden and family. She also loved her grandchildren with all her heart. She will be greatly missed.
A funeral Mass will be on Monday, October 16th, 2023 at 10 AM, instate at 9 AM, at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 21620 Greater Mack Ave, St. Clair Shores, MI 48080.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church.
