Paul Fredrick Rider

Paul Fredrick Rider, age 73, died suddenly, on Friday, June 3, 2016. Paul lost his long, brave, and courageous 7 year battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving family. Beloved husband of Sally for 52 years; idolized and heroic father of dearest daughters Shelley Rider and Laura (Ben-the closest thing to a son) Blowycky; proud and loving Papa of his cherished granddaughter Darian; loving sisters Lynne Rider and Kim (Gary) Malloy; and numerous other family members, supportive friends, and oldest buddy Jim Grant. He will be greatly missed by his loyal and loving dogs, Maggie and Charlie as well as his grand-pets. He was preceded in death by his parents Fredrick and Ethel Rider. Paul was a hot rod enthusiast and enjoyed working on and rebuilding them over the years. He greatly enjoyed and appreciated spending time with his car buddies. Paul also enjoyed spending time meticulously maintaining his lawn and landscaping. He will be lovingly remembered by everyone in his life. Visitation Tuesday, June 7, 2016 from 2:00 pm until time of the funeral service 7:30 pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Rd. at Masonic, Warren.
