Patrick Michael Wearn

Patrick Michael Wearn, age 44, of Harrison Township, Michigan passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. Loving son of Linda and the late Michael Wearn. Loving father of Eloise and Penelope Wearn and their mother, Elizabeth Wearn. Beloved big brother of Timothy (Brenna) Wearn and Bridget (Travis) Martin. Cherished uncle of Mackenzie, Alyssa and Ivan Martin and Ronan, Conlan, Eamon and Ciaran Wearn. Patrick leaves behind many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Patrick was a proud United States Marine Corp veteran. He bravely served in Operation Iraqi Freedom (2003) and Operation Enduring Freedom (2006). We honor the sacrifices he made for our country. Semper Fidelis.

Patrick had a passion for adventure and the outdoors. He traveled to many places around the world, had a love for gardening and nature, good music, cool cars, tattoos, and candy. He was a big kid at heart and shared his love of adventures with his daughters.

Visitation will be Monday, Dec.9 from 3-8 PM at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack, Grosse Pointe Woods with a Scripture service at 7:00 PM. In State Tuesday, Dec. 10 at 9:30 AM at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 21620 Greater Mack, St. Clair Shores until the time of his funeral Mass at 10:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to the Detroit VA Medical Center.
