Joann M. Fletcher passed away peacefully on March 9, 2016. She was born on July 25, 1936 in Detroit; daughter of Milton and Antoinette (nee St. Germain) Kelley. She will be dearly missed by her son Thomas (Julia) Fletcher, and daughters Tammie Livermore (Robert), and Jeane Szwarc (David). She was proud of her grandchildren Jennifer, Davis, and Blair; and great-grandson Colton. She leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
