Edward Pelc

Edward "Ed" John Pelc, 83, January 27, 2019. Beloved husband of Patricia(nee Misiak). Loving father of Ann(Jeff) McManus, Chris(Kathy) Pelc, Tony(Kim DuChateau) Pelc, Paul(Cindy) Pelc, and David(Andrea) Pelc. Cherished grandfather of Megan, Andrew(Margaret), Matthew, Jonathan(Taylor), Nick, T.J., Ben, Lia and Jude. Dearest brother of Wanda Steachelski and brother-in-law of Leona Pawlica and Carole Harrington. Ed grew up in Detroit, and graduated from Chadsey High School. He went to Walsh Technical Institute for one year in which he studied accounting. However found a job at the Fisher Body company in Livonia where he worked for 27 years until his retirement in 1993. He was a parishioner at Our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic Church and part of the usher club and the church choir. He was proud to serve in the U. S. Army where he earned a letter of commendation before being honorably discharged in 1960. Ed enjoyed spending time with his family and his bowling league. He also enjoyed watching sports, especially baseball and hockey! Visitation for Ed will be Wednesday, January 30, 2019 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr at Masonic(13 Mile Rd), Warren. He will lie instate, Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 9:00 A.M. until time of Mass 9:30 A.M at St. Mark Catholic Church, 4401 Bart, Warren,
