I knew David at Nolan, then Pershing High School, hanging out with his band of brothers. Then I didn't know him for many years. With facebook I got to know him again through his beautiful photography and his kind comments. I always admired Dave and send my best regards and saddest sympathies to his family.

Dave was always full of wit and wisdom. When I was a young whipper snapper living in Royal Oak and he lived on Lincoln, we shared plenty of knowledge and laughs together. Now you and Tommy Bosbous will keep Heaven in stitches. Another great loss to Earth. My sympathy to his wife and son.

Dave was my oldest friend, 62 years, and the staunchest friend and brother a man could have. He was always there for me, virtually saved my life at times when I was going down for the count. The world already seems a colder place without him, but all of us appreciate the time we did have him to enrich our lives. We will miss you, Dave.
