Catherine A. Harrington died at home in Grosse Pointe Farms on February 3, 2017 at age 76.She was born on August 13, 1940 to Catherine A and William 'Bill" Colo. She is survived by daughters Michelle Grammatico and Renee A. McCarty as well as granddaughters Natalie and Ally Marie McCarty. She worked for the Merril Lynch Company and later became a church Counselor and Secretary .She was active in the American Legion. She loved Reading, loved her Plants and was Artistic with great skills for painting and drawing. There will be a Memorial Service February 25, 12 noon, at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave. at Vernier Road, Grosse Pointe Woods. Donations can be made to Reverence Home Hospice (888-246-6322)in lieu of flowers.
