Carl Anthony Kiesgen Jr.

Carl “Bud “ Kiesgen, 90 years old, passed away Peacefully September 27,2022 with his daughter by his side. Predeceased by his parents Carl A Kiesgen Sr and Marie E. Engle and siblings Joan Jones (Bob), Robert Kiesgen (Louise). Survived by his sister Maxine Huetter (the late Richard). Bud is survived by his Children: Gary A. Kiesgen (Deborah) Gregory L. Kiesgen, and Gail M. Kiesgen-Baker(Greg). Grandchildren Lauren K. Lilly (Larry), Matthew R. Kiesgen, Garrett A. Kiesgen (Chelsea), Brianne M. Minaudo, Danielle M. Baker, Grant A. Kiesgen (Brittany), Christopher R. Baker, Ryan G. Baker, Sophia M. Kiesgen, and Lucas G Kiesgen. Great-grandfather of Adelyn, Everleigh, and Eliette Lilly.

Bud was born and raised in St. Clair Shores and worked for Roy O’Brien Automotive back in his younger years. He enjoyed his retirement and winters in Ft Lauderdale. Bud loved to share stories from his Air Force years. He loved family time and buying Michigan Lottery tickets!

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 9th from 2:00 until 7:00 pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Woods. Bud’s funeral service will be held on Monday at 10:00 am at the funeral home, concluding with military honors. He will be entombed at Cadillac Memorial Gardens in Clinton Twp.
