Amelia Georgia Curis

Amelia’s greatest joy in life was cooking for her family and friends. She was devoted to taking care of them and always went above and beyond as the matriarch of her very large family. Amelia was also a devout Catholic and very proud of her Lebanese heritage.

Amelia is preceded in death by her beloved husband, George; four sisters, and two brothers.

Amelia is survived by her loving children, George (Laura), Michael (Diane), Theresa Selvaggio (Anthony), Maria Chapman (David), and Dan (Ann). She will also be missed by 17 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; her loving sister, Adele Abraham, and so many others that considered her to be their mom or grandmother.

A private Funeral Mass and burial were held for Amelia November 16, 2022.
