Mr. Jesse W. Pritchard

Mr. Pritchard was born August 17, 1946 in Griffin to the late Jesse B. Pritchard and the late Agnes C. Pritchard. Jesse graduated from Griffin High School and served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of Faith Fellowship Church and retired from Bellsouth after 30 years of service. Jesse was loved and respected by all who knew him. He was a loving husband, brother, father and friend. Jesse was president of the Wind Walkers Motorcycle Club for many years where he was affectionately known as “Boss’ by his club brothers and sisters.

Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Marian C. Pritchard; step-sons, Jay and Jane Collier, Nebraska, Bryan & Gail Collier, Keith & Teri Collier and Michael & Lona Collier all of Griffin; grandchildren, Demi Collier, Kacey Collier, Jameson, Ian and Harrison Collier, great-grandchild, Cayden; sister & brother-in-law, Brenda & Gene McKneely; nephew and his wife, Jason & Laurie McKneely; great nephews, Alex and Brent McKneely; niece, Donna & Kenneth Lacy of Waverly Hall; great nephews, Ken & Aaron and brother-in-law, Bob Baumgardner of Burgaw, NC.

A memorial service for Mr. Jesse W. Pritchard will be held Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Rev. Robert Presley will officiate. Friends may visit the family on Friday, November 4, 2011 from 6 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the G-S Humane Society, 599 Smoak Rd., Griffin, GA 30223 in memory of Jesse.
