March 15, 1914 – November 12, 2016.
Vivian went Home to be with Jesus at 102 ½ years old.
She was ready.
Vivian was born in Iowa and grew up in Wisconsin and Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry Elmer and Martha Lowell Gray and three siblings, Lowell, Dorothy and Geraldine.
She was the beloved mother of David Gray Wirtanen, daughter-in-law, Dee (Vancouver), William John Wirtanen (Chehalis), Geraldine Joy Calhoun and son-in-law, Terry (Damascus).
She was also the loving grandmother of Laurie Diment, Michelle Holford, Mark Calhoun, Laurie Wirtanen and Timothy Wirtanen and great-grandmother of Haley, Noah and Levi.
Vivian loved listening to Perry Como, watching Sean Connery, eating Rocky Road ice cream, drinking cranberry juice daily and doing weekly Facetime with grandchildren, Michelle and Mark.
She will be dearly missed by her family and friends, including Irene, Mary Ellen, Billie & Nita.
At Vivian’s request, a memorial service will not be held.
