Vickie was the loving wife to Stephen Arnell, mother to Stacy and Scott Arnell, daughter of Phyllis Anderson, sister to one brother and two sisters and grandmother to one grandson and four granddaughters. She was also a beloved preschool teacher to many children throughout the years and a friend to many.
