Thomas Lee Shaw

Thomas graduated from Gresham High School in 1934. He was a member of Smith Memorial Presbyterian Church in Fairview, Oregon.

Thomas married Betty Jean Schmitz on May 22, 1940 in Sandy, Oregon. He enjoyed outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, camping, golfing and traveling.

Thomas is survived by his three daughters, Patricia Shaw, Fairview, OR., Linda Adams, Gresham, OR., Cathy Wood, Damascus, OR., his two sons, Thomas Shaw, Fairview, OR., John Shaw, Portland, OR., 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and his 2 great-great grandchildren. Thomas was preceded in death by his wife Betty and a daughter Betty McCarthy.

A memorial service will be on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home located at 520 W. Powell Blvd. in Gresham, Oregon.

Donations may be given to the following three organizations, the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association or to the Mt. Hood Hospice program.
