Richard Noble Troxell passed away on October 13, 2020 in Portland, Oregon at age of 80. Richard was born in Twin Falls, Idaho.
Richard served his country in the United States Navy. He was a Christian.
Some of his interests included flying airplanes, loved his San Francisco 49er football team, and was very proud of his family. He also loved reading books, especially those written by Clive Cusser.
He survived by his loving wife Betty, eight children and six step-children plus grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Barbara Murdoch.
Cemetery service will be on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Oregon.
