Patricia Lynn Moore, 47 of Gresham OR, passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2017. She was born on November 4, 1969 in Clackamas, Oregon to Jay and Laurene Hatton and graduated from Milwaukie High School. Patti married Joseph Sullivan Moore on June 18, 1991 in Oregon City, Oregon. She worked for 15 years for ADP as a logistics coordinator. Patti loved her family and will be remembered for her long fought battle against Lupus these last 15 years.
Patti is survived by her husband Joe Moore of Gresham OR; son Daren James Moore of Gresham OR; sisters Karen Hatton of Woodland WA and Kathy Hodson (Michael) of Milwaukie OR and nieces Lillian Hodson, Jessica Shattuck and Alysha Hazen. Patti was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Christine Calley Hatton.
No formal services will be held at this time. Arrangements entrusted to Bateman Carroll Funeral Home in Gresham, Oregon.
