Ntsuab Pov was born to Choua Ger Moua and Mao Fang, on October 9, 1956 in Luang Prabang, Laos. During the Vietnam War, Ntsuab Pov migrated to Thailand with his parents and brother. He then attended school and became a lab nurse for many years. In 1980 he married Bla Her in Thailand. In 1988, Ntsuab Pov, his wife Bla and 2 daughters came to the United States and resided in Portland, Oregon.
Ntsuab Pov is survived by his wife, Bla Her, daughter; Sheng and her husband Fong Her, daughter; Mai and husband Tou Vue, son; Kongmeng and wife Jessa Felisario, daughter; Ka, son; Tony and daughter Annabelle. He has 8 granddaughters; Ariel, Moua, Mariel, Jazlynn Vue, Felicity Her, Chloe Vue, Paisley Her and one grandson Fuechi Moua.
Ntsuab Pov is known to be very humble and a bright man who always had a smile on his face. He treated everyone with nothing but respect and kindness. He had a big heart and was always willing to help anyone. He was good at hunting squirrels and fishing for sturgeons. His true passion was spending time with his loved ones. Ntsuab Pov was very knowledgeable in the medical field. Friends and family would go to him for any medical advice. He has a very embracing aura which made people feel at ease.
